FAQs
The 15 FAQs every paid community should answer
September 2, 2026
The access, billing, and onboarding questions paid Whop communities answer every day — written so members can self-serve.
Paid communities do not need 200 articles on day one. They need the fifteen questions that already fill the inbox. Write each as one article. If you cannot answer it in a few short paragraphs plus a screenshot or clip, the product flow is the problem — not the help center.
Access and billing
- How do I get access after I pay?
- Which plan do I have, and what does it include?
- How do I upgrade or downgrade?
- What happens if my card fails?
- How do I cancel, and when does access end?
First week
- Where do I start on day one?
- How do I join chat, Discord, or the classroom?
- When are live sessions, and how do I get the link?
- Where are recordings after a call?
- Who do I message if something is broken?
Rules and support
- What is allowed in chat and what gets you removed?
- Do you offer refunds, and what is the window?
- Can I share my login?
- How fast do you reply, and when are you offline?
- How do I request a feature or report a bug?
Those fifteen cover most DMs in a paid Whop. Trading desks add payout and platform FAQs. Coaching Whops add call-booking FAQs. Start with the shared list, then add the two or three questions only your niche repeats.
How to write each one
Open with the outcome (“Access unlocks automatically after payment”). Then give the steps. Then link the next article (“If the plan did not unlock, read Troubleshooting”). Save the same wording as a quick reply so inbox answers match the help center. DocsHub is built for that loop: publish once, reuse in Support Messaging, add one automation for after-hours.
